There is some binding wear and degradation to the uppermost segment of the spine. Latin text. Roman statesman, orator, lawyer, and philosopher Marcus Tullius Cicero (106–43 BC) held the office of consul in 63 BC. He was born into a prosperous Roman equestrian order municipal family and is regarded as one of the best orators and prose stylists in Rome history.
