Very good interior condition with Charles Fleischmann III's bookplate. Charles Fleischmann III, the great-grandson of the company's founder, established the Fleischmann Yeast Company in Cincinnati, Ohio, in 1868. Following its promotion during the 1876 Centennial Exposition, the Fleischmann Yeast Company rose to prominence as the world's leading yeast producer.
