Harper & Brothers, New York, 1897 Two volumes, measuring 6 3/4 by 9 1/2", pages 587 and 729. View of arctic mornings and evenings, northern lights, walruses, etc. are provided by chromolithographs, 16 color plates, 120 black and white plates, and an etched frontis portrait. There are four loose folding maps in the front pocket. Original pictorial brown cloth, top edges gilt, others uncut; stamped in green, red, silver, and gilt. Terry R.
