Description: LEBANESE FAMILY BIBLE in ARABIC "First Font Reference Bible," released by the American Bible Society in Beirut around 1912. Compact folio, measuring 9 by 11.5", featuring maps created by W. & A.K. Johnston. The original morocco cover was blind stamped, with gilt Arabic lettering on the spine. The blind-stamped covers featured the owner's name, Madie Farah, in the center of the front cover. There was some wear, but the original spine was laid on again. The covers were repaired at the corners and had minor tears. The text was written in Arabic.
