Description: A FINE LATE 19TH CENTURY DAMASCENED CASKET ATTRIBUTED TO PLACIDO ZULOAGA, TOLEDO (SPANISH, 1834-1910) The bronze, steel and gold damascened casket of rectangular form, decorated throughout with panels of scrolling foliage and Arabesques, surmounted by a urn finial flanked by acanthus leaves, with three quarter, baluster pilasters to the angles and a rope twist border to the plinth base, raised on four paw feet, the hinged top opening to reveal the silk lined interior,3 0cm wide x 19.5cm high
