Description: A LATE 19TH CENTURY BACCARAT INTAGLIO ENGRAVED GLASS VASE Shouldered form, deeply engraved with a partially nude maiden on a swing, below blossoming dog roses, raised on a domed and stepped foot, with maker's paper label 'BACCARAT/FRANCE'. N.B. this lot can be dated Circa 1878, due to the fact it closely resembles a similar vase and cover exhibited at the Exposition Universelle, 1878, as illustrated in 'Baccarat, La Légende du Cristal, Petit Palais, Paris 2014', p. 59
