Description: RODOLPHO GUALTHERO's MONOMA CHIA DAVIDIS ET GOLIAE Oneness. Goliath and David Poetry Christoph Froschauer, Zurich. About 1545 (date unknown) A1-A7, size 4 by 6 1/4", 64 pages, including an erratum page. A7 verso with a little engraving of David and Goliath. In contemporary slipcase (included). a collection of poetry, the first of which describes David and Goliath's battle. The title page gets a bit more color added to it with a group of frogs climbing a tree. Excellent state, later binding.
