Description: One exquisite antique cast-gilt bronze sporting equestrian pacing bay hunter horse statue is of museum interest. In a movement style that was modeled after Giambologna. The horse's pacing attitude and the decorative mane, tail, and hooves, which highlight the superb ormolu gilded workmanship, are features that particularly stand out. So lovely and expertly cast. a decent height of 41.5 cm. made from cast bronze with accents in gilded ormolu. Early 20th century, maybe 1920.
