Description: One stunning life-size vintage mid-century collectible animal sculpture of a peregrine falcon with hoods that is used for sporting and hunting. A Peregrine Falcon miniature in the shape of the subject is perched on a realistic foundation. Visual beauty with such excellent craftsmanship it is so lifelike. Being 42 cm high and 19 cm broad, it is a good size. The assortment of 9 leather training calming face head hood masks for the bird that are included with this extraordinary item stands out as a feature. Along with two little hood display stands, one of which bears the signature and the year 1962 of a Dutch sculpture. Made by hand from wood with a stained finish, very finely modeled.
