Descritpion: 1 Fine Scottish Antique 19th Century Oil Painting by John Bucknell Russell, "Catch Of The Day" Trout Fish on Loch Shore Bank. Study of a trout fish that has just been caught and is lazing on a grassy bank edge near the coast of a loch. With a front glass cover for protection, oil on canvas. The colors are quite vivid. John Bucknell Russell, a well-known Scottish artist, signed the piece in black in the bottom corner.
