Exceptional early and important Italian Old Master in excellent condition for its age. Diana as the huntress approach a well pursued by another female as Vulcan rests holding his hammer in the foreground. The scene from mythological text is unidentified and may have originally been a large composition. Framed. Measurements: 60" x 47" framed approx
