Description: Grand Tour 1 Fine French Georgian 18th Century Very unusual architecturally reclaimed antique garden display cast iron plinth table on lion paw feet legs. Originally, it served as a showcase stand for a large marble statue. It is surprisingly incredibly heavy considering its relatively small size, weighing approximatively 180kg. It's funny how the legs make the plinth seem like they're about to be carried away by themselves since they are so endearing. Extreme weight must be moved to it by 2 to 3 individuals. Exceptional hand cast produced in France.
