Belyaev was a Russian artist, and this piece is dated 1989. The canvas has thicknesses at the level of purple and white flowers, creating a beautiful depth to the composition. The light is slightly degraded from top to bottom, giving even more brightness to the bouquet. The reflections on the vases are subtly worked.
