Description: Pausing for Refreshments English School, circa 1840's circle of Henry Thomas Alken (British 1785-1851) oil painting on canvas, framed framed: 15 x 17 inches. condition: overall very good for its age, there are minor indents showing from the wooden stretcher frame behind the canvas and the frame has some wear to it.
