Theologian Johannes Hentenius of Leuven edited the illustrated Latin Vulgate Bible (1500–1566). Text has 100 woodcuts; the title has a woodcut mark. Very good internal condition, little toning and browning. Antwerp; 1561 Folio: 9 by 13" [26]-385-[1 bl.]-99 [= 98]-35 ff. Calf bound, gilded spine with five raised bands.
