Description: Magnificent French opaline glass round box, probably by baccarat. France, circa 1860. Most likely commissioned for a Nobel for the turkish market due to the style of gilding. The lid and base has geometric shape, all hand decorated with repeated flowers measurements: H : 1 3/4 inches ( 4.5 cm )Diameter : 3 1/2 inches ( 9 cm )
Condition
Intact. No chops or cracks. Minor wear to gilding due to age.
