Description: Fine large 19th century French Impressionist Still Life of flowers in a vase, oil on canvas. Beautiful circa 1890 Impressionist study of wilting flowers in a glass vase by a wall with a butterfly on top. The study is comparable to the works of the important still life painter Fantin-Latour and painted during the same period and would require further search for identification. Exceptional detail and use of overcast light. Excellent original unrested condition. Presented in a gilt frame. Biography Measurements: 37" x 32" framed
