The faceted baluster form vase with octagonal dome cover surmounted by a bronze figure of a winged bearded man holding a fan, the body of the vase decorated with various shaped panels enclosing Japanese figures flanked by blue scrolling decoration and flowers, the long ring handles cast with Dogs of Fo terminals, the ornate bases cast with tortoises, birds and elephant heads, the clock base with a pair of standing figures atop dragons, the brass dial with twelve piece enamel Roman numerals, the twin train movement striking on a bell, the garniture urn candelabra with conforming decoration, raised on elephant head feet.
