Excellent quality devotional scene that would have been commissioned by the church/patron circa 1500 in the Florence region with clear influences and similarities of leading painter Lorenzo Di Credi. Exquisite fine detail and palette with bold figures in both infants and strong use of light. Presented in an antique gilt frame. Condition: Minor touching in, varnish discoloured and would be significantly enhanced with a professional clean. Cradled panel, minor bowing or splitting.
