Description: Madonna Of The Harpies, painted in large scale by an Italian Old Master in the 17th century, on canvas. Beautifully detailed scene including Saint Bonaventure and Saint John the Evangelist alongside the Virgin. She is elevated above the world's evil by the Madonna, who stands on a pedestal with reliefs of harpies. A superb rendition of the artwork that is comparable to Andrea Del Sarto's most well-known piece and was lauded by Vasari. Dimensions: About 43" x 34" framed
