Description: Fine large 19th Century English Sunset river scene of mallards flying at sunset, oil on canvas by Wilfred Bailey. Excellent quality and condition example of the artists work presented in a good gilt frame. Signed with fine art gallery label verso. Bailey was a self taught painter who became famous for his paintings of mallards in flight over the River Ribble and Calder in the Forest of Pendle. Measurements: 100cm x 75cm framed approx
