This is a fantastic accessory to prevent paper creases. is made of metal. It weighed 290 tons and was a Wembley model train paperweight; at the time, it was the biggest passenger train. This variant weighs little more than 200 grams. Dated 1924, early 20th century. Made by Britain Ltd. of London, which is inscribed underneath.
