Description: Fine large early 20th Century English School portrait of a gentleman smoking in cigarette, oil. Stylish early 20th century portrait of the quirky gentleman seating in a suit and Burgundy bowtie smoking a cigarette. Unframed and would be enhanced with a little restoration if desired. Painted by an accomplished but unknown artist from the period and had previously been believed the sitter was E M Foster and although there is a resemblance no further authentication has been provided.
