Description: 1 Fine Antique British Work of Art Oil Painting Portrait Of 2 Scottish Rough Collie Dogs. Subject animal portrait of 2 Scottish rough Collie dogs, half length portrait one is facing towards the viewer and the other is facing to the left. A rather nice small with the frame being 30cm wide and 23.5cm high. Oil on canvas laid on board. Set in a beautiful later black contemporary frame. Signed by the British artist R B Sparks and dated 1923.
