Description: Large 18th century British Military Officer portrait of Captain Lowe of County Louth, oil on canvas laid to panel. Excellent quality and condition for its age, inscribed verso and would be enhanced with a light clean. Circa 1780 and early descendent of the Lowe-Hill family. We also have a portrait of his daughter Lucy Hill who was the wife of Royal Navy Admiral Arthur Lowe. Measurements: 33" x 29" framed approx
