Year: 15th century
Size: 24" x 21"
Description: Oil on canvas, large painting of Don Lorenzo De Suarez by a Spanish School Old Master, dated 1494. The gentleman is seen in this early and significant image sporting a black beret, a doublet with gold trim, a ruff, and his coat of arms at the top right. The painting was probably created posthumously by a renowned royal artist in the early 16th century. Although we haven't focused on the sitter specifically, the Count of Coruna's name and attributes are comparable to his. Top left is engraved with his name. Age-appropriate condition, presented in an old gilded frame. Dimensions: approximately 24" x 21" framed
