Description: Oil on canvas portrait of Francesco delle Opere by an Italian Old Master from the 16th century. Early and significant portrait of Perugino's companion and gem cutter. In the Uffizi in Florence, there is another panel composition that is credited to Perugino and is thought to have been painted in 1494. Excellent condition considering its age, but would benefit greatly from a good clean. Unframed. Dimensions: approximately 28" x 23" framed
