Description: One excellent British Old Master painting from the 17th century; the first portrait of King Charles to be painted after Van Dyke. A sensible display size is the frame's 49.5-cm height. On canvas, oil. Not signed. Henry Stone's circle after Van Dyke, with an ancient label reading "Old Stone" on the verso. Back hanging thread suitable for putting on display at home. Late 17th century, maybe.
