Description: Fine large 18th Century English portrait of a lady, traditionally identified as Francis, Countess Of Lincoln, oil on canvas. Excellent quality and condition circa 1770 portrait of the lady wearing a black dress and wide brim hat. Good original unrestored condition. Original antique gilt frame (need some restoration). Rare and beautiful portrait typical of the works of Gainsborough during the period. Unsigned previously purchased by the previous owner as the Countess Of Lincoln in the 1980's. Measurements: 35" x 31" framed approx
