Description: Thomas Romney Robinson painted a large oil on canvas portrait of a young Mrs. E. Robert Smyth wearing a white dress and a red turban in Ireland around 1820. Outstanding portrait with ancestors from the County Down area. The original plaque is still attached to the frame's rear. A professional deep clean and some restoration might improve it even further. It is displayed in its original, newly-gilded antique frame. Dimensions: approx. 35" x 30" framed
