Description: Prince George of Denmark and Norway, Duke of Cumberland, is depicted in a beautiful, oversized oil painting from the 17th century. During his tenure as Lord High Admiral while married to Queen Anne, a good early and significant historical painting of the famed prince wearing ceremonial armor and an ermine-trimmed cloak was created. For its age, it is in excellent condition and is displayed in a beautiful antique gilded frame. Dimensions: approximately 90 x 70 cm when framed
