Description: Large oil on canvas picture of Prince William, Duke of Gloucester, dating from the 17th century in England, from Sir Godfrey Keller's studio. William in armour and ceremonial décor, in a bust scale portrait of exceptional quality and condition. He was the 11-year-old son of Denmark's Prince George and Queen Anne, and he passed very unexpectedly from either scarlett fever or smallpox. Encased.
