Description: Large 18th Century portrait of Thomas Paget, Governor of Minorca, Marquess of Anglesey, oil on canvas. Excellent quality and condition portrait of the young Marquess and Governor in red robes and a big wig who was a prominent military officer serving under the Duke Of Marlborough and serving the 7th Dragoons Guards as well as the 22nd Regiment of The Foot. He also served as an MP of Ilchester. We have reframed but the portrait comes as he was found and is untouched by us. Measurements: 34" x 29" framed approx
