It was made of beautiful marble and was taken from a Royal Insurance Building that was undergoing renovation. You will enjoy the lettering and crest as much as we do. beautifully crafted in England, the UK. mid-20th century or earlier. 2 cm thick, solid, hefty marble with hand-painted, gilt-inscribed text and decorations bearing the Royal Crest. really heavy, maybe 50 kg.
