Description: Excellent huge oil on canvas Still Life of flowers in a vase by a French Impressionist from the 19th century. Gorgeous impressionist painting from around 1890 depicting withering flowers in a glass vase next to a wall with a butterfly on top. The study is comparable to the significant still life painter Fantin-works, Latour's painted about the same time, and would need more investigation to be identified. Excellent use of the gloomy light and detail. Very good original, undisturbed condition. displayed inside a gold frame. Dimensions: Framed at 37" x 32"
