Description: Fine circa 1700 Italian Old Master depiction of the Annunciation in an extensive landscape, oil on canvas. Good quality and condition scene of the angel appearing before the Virgin in a landscape. The work is very similar in compositor to a known engraving of the Annunciation by Lorrain and may be closely connected to the artist and his circle. Presented in an antique gilt frame. Good clean condition for its age. Measurements: 65cm x 55cm framed approx
