Description: Large Crucifixion tableau by an Italian Old Master artist from the 16th century, painted in oil on canvas. Beautiful early view of the crucifixion filled with figures that are meticulously rendered. Following a thorough cleaning, some varnish deterioration will highlight the colours and detail. Similar rendition of Tintoretto's composition, possibly by the painters or his studio around 1570, was found at the Scuola di San Rocco in Venice. displayed inside a slim gilded frame. Dimensions: Approximately 48" x 22" framed
