Description: Huge Scottish Moors Hunting Party, oil on canvas, Robert Cleminson, 19th century. A superb example of the renowned sporting painter's work in excellent shape, signed bottom right. One of the artist's best-known paintings, it was painted about 1880 and depicts horses, hounds, and hunters in an open meadow with the day's game on the ground. displayed in a nice gilded frame. Size: about 46" by 33" when framed.
