Diego de Covarrubias y Leyva, also known as Covarruvias, was a Spanish lawyer and Roman Catholic prelate who held the offices of archbishop in Cuenca (1577–1577), Segovia (1564–1577), Ciudad Rodrigo (1560–1564), and Santo Domingo (1556–1560). He was born on July 25, 1512, and died on September 27, 1577.
