"Vaderlandsche Historie, vervattende de Geschiedenissen der Vereenigde Nederlanden" Isaak Tirion, Amsterdam, 1749-59 (21) volumes, includes index. 8vo, 5 1/8 by 7 3/4" (one book slightly higher than the others), original full vellum, with forty folding plates, ninety-four portraits, one folding map, and five folding maps overall. A binder's list of plates is published in every volumes following Volume IV; however, our collation has ten pictures that are not listed in the binder's lists. Volume VI does not include the map "Vereeniede Nedeladen."Vellum spines of volumes 12 and 20 have some deterioration. All bindings are securely fastened, pages are clean, and the content is in excellent condition.
