Description: Fine huge 17th century Italian old Master of revellers at a Bacchanalia with nymphs, putti and satyrs, oil on canvas. A large Baroque scene of mythological revellers celebrating the God of Wine, Bacchus with satyrs chasing nymphs and drinking while a putto urinates in the corner. Very similar to Lauri's classical scene while painting in Rome. Good condition for its age, ready to hang. Presented in an antique gilt frame. Measurements: 110cm x 80cm framed approx
