Description: 1 Excellent Rare Antique Small English Vintage Car Robert Policeman Mascot Signed Hassall. John Hassall, a well-known English artist and illustrator, made and signed the item. At 11.5 cm high, it has a lovely size. Robert is the name of the policeman automobile mascot that artist Hassall developed. The head and helmut of Robert Head may be tilted to various positions. via Smith's Motor Accessories for distribution. The model is a humorous police officer with one hand up in the air commanding you to stop. The brass casting, which has an enameled porcelain head and a spring-loaded mechanism, is excellent. Hassall-signed and numbered underneath on the side. 1920s or earlier, early 20th century. It is about 600 grams in weight.
