Descritpion: One fine Victorian oil painting depicts a young woman with cherry lips wearing a blue dress and a white collar with ruffles. A lovely young woman is depicted in a half-length front profile shot looking lovingly at the observer. She is expressing such beauty and elegance in her position while donning a classic blue dress with a white ruffled frilly collar, thick brown hair, blue eyes, cherry lips, and pale skin with rose cheeks. "A portrait of a young lady wearing a blue dress with a white collar" is the title of the oil painting on panel. Dated 89 for 1889, perhaps in the late 19th century.
